Last night we had a few friends round for a barbecue and had a really nice relaxed evening after a busy weekend.
I was quite pleased that I managed to actually cook sausages, burgers and chicken without burning any of it (and yes, it WAS cooked properly lol!) although the spare ribs were blacker than charcoal lol
It has been a stressful couple of weeks what with the festival and then the big charity roadshow in town, and to be honest I could use a few weeks holiday now, but finances don't allow :(
Today is a typical Monday, woke up feeling a bit flat and in one of my "can't be arsed" moods, so very little will get done today, of that I am certain!
Now the planning starts for the next big outside broadcast later this month :(
